Scope<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;GTC&#8221;, govern the contractual relationship between Fribourg Olympic Basket and any person making a purchase or reservation, including for:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">clothing, accessories, and other items offered in the shop;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">admission tickets for matches or other events;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">season tickets;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">VIP seats;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Hospitality services;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">boxes, private areas, or services intended for businesses;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">events, activities, or special services organized or marketed by Fribourg Olympic Basket.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">These GTC apply to purchases made:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/fribourg-olympic.ch\/en\/\"><span class=\"s2\">https:\/\/fribourg-olympic.ch<\/span><\/a>;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">on an online shop linked to the website;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">through a partner ticketing platform;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">by email, phone, reservation form, or any other means accepted by Fribourg Olympic Basket;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">on-site, when these GTC are brought to the customer&#8217;s attention.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Specific conditions may apply to certain products, tickets, subscriptions, or events. In case of contradiction, the specific conditions communicated during the order prevail over these GTC. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">2. Its own general conditions may also apply to the use of its services. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">3. Acceptance of the GTC<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer acknowledges having read these GTC before validating their order.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">By validating their order, checking the corresponding acceptance box, or proceeding with payment, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer confirms having the necessary legal capacity to enter into the contract.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When an order is placed on behalf of a company, association, or other organization, the person placing the order confirms being authorized to commit that organization.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">4. Information on Products and Services<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic strives to present products, tickets, and services accurately.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">However, photographs, illustrations, seating plans, colors, dimensions, and other representations are provided for informational purposes only. Slight differences may exist between the online representation and the product actually delivered. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The essential characteristics, prices, and applicable availabilities are those indicated at the time of the order.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Information relating to matches and events, including dates, times, venues, teams, participants, programs, and ancillary services, may be modified under the conditions provided for in these GTC.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">5. Order and Conclusion of Contract<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">5.1 Order Process<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer selects the desired products or services, provides the requested information, verifies the summary of their order, and proceeds with payment according to the proposed methods.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Before final validation, the customer must check, in particular:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the selected products;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">sizes, quantities, and variants;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the chosen date and event;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the ticket category;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the number of seats;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">billing and delivery details;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the email address used to receive tickets;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the total amount of the order.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">5.2 Conclusion of Contract<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The presentation of a product, ticket, or service on the website constitutes an invitation to order and not a legally binding offer.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The contract is concluded when:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic or its service provider sends an order confirmation to the customer; or<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the ticket, subscription, or product is delivered to the customer; or<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic expressly confirms acceptance of a reservation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A simple automatic acknowledgment of receipt does not necessarily constitute final acceptance when additional verifications are required.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">5.3 Refusal or Cancellation of an Order<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic may refuse or cancel an order, particularly in cases of:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">unavailability of the product or service;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">obvious pricing error;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">payment incident or refusal;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">suspicion of fraud;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">purchase made using an automated system;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">exceeding a ticket limit per person;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">unauthorized commercial resale;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">violation of these GTC;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">impossibility of performing the service.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When an order already paid for is refused or canceled by Fribourg Olympic, the amounts concerned are refunded, subject to any sums remaining due by the customer.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">6. Prices<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs, CHF.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unless otherwise indicated, prices include legally applicable taxes.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Additional fees may be added before order validation, including:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">delivery fees;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">processing fees;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">ticketing fees;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">payment method fees;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">reservation fees;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">personalization fees;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">fees charged by a partner platform.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The total amount due is indicated before the final validation of the order.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic may modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is that displayed and accepted at the time of the order, subject to an obvious error. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">7. Payment Methods<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Available payment methods are indicated during the order process.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Depending on the channel used, payment may be made by:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">debit or credit card;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">electronic payment method;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">bank transfer;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">invoice, when such an option is expressly accepted;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">on-site payment.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Online payments may be processed by an external provider. The customer may be subject to the terms of use of this provider. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Payment is due immediately, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In case of payment by invoice, the deadline indicated on the invoice must be respected. Failure to pay by the due date, Fribourg Olympic may, in particular: <\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">send a reminder;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">suspend or cancel the order;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">block the ticket or subscription;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">refuse access to the event;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">charge reasonably incurred reminder and collection fees;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">claim default interest as provided by law.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">8. Vouchers, Promotional Codes, and Credits<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Vouchers, promotional codes, and credits:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">are only valid during their validity period;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">must be used according to the indicated conditions;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">generally cannot be exchanged for cash;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">cannot be combined, unless otherwise indicated;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">cannot be used retroactively;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">are not replaced in case of loss or unauthorized use attributable to the customer.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In case of cancellation of an order paid for using a credit or voucher, the refund may be made in the same form.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">9. Specific Conditions Applicable to the Shop<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">9.1 Product Availability<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Products are offered while stocks last.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If a product becomes unavailable after the order, Fribourg Olympic may:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">offer an equivalent product;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">propose an additional delivery time;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">cancel the affected part of the order and refund it.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer remains free to refuse a replacement product.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">9.2 Delivery<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Available delivery territories and methods are indicated during the order.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Announced deadlines are indicative, unless there is an express written commitment for a firm date.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic is not responsible for delays caused by, in particular:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the carrier;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">an incorrect or incomplete address;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the absence of the recipient;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">customs formalities;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a case of force majeure;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">an event reasonably beyond its control.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer must check the package upon receipt.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Any visible damage, incomplete package, or delivery error must be reported as soon as possible to <a href=\"mailto:info@fribourg-olympic.ch\"><span class=\"s2\">info@fribourg-olympic.ch<\/span><\/a>, accompanied by photographs and the order number.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">9.3 Customs Fees<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">For deliveries outside Switzerland, taxes, customs duties, or import fees may be charged by authorities or the carrier.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unless otherwise indicated, these fees are borne by the customer.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">9.4 Transfer of Risks<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Risks of loss or damage are transferred in accordance with applicable law.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When the customer chooses a carrier not offered by Fribourg Olympic, risks may be transferred upon delivery of the product to that carrier.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">9.5 Retention of Title<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Products remain the property of Fribourg Olympic until full payment of the order.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">10. Absence of General Right of Withdrawal<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Subject to any mandatory rules that may apply, Swiss law does not provide a general right allowing the customer to withdraw from an online purchase simply because they have changed their mind.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Orders are therefore firm upon acceptance.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic may nevertheless voluntarily grant a return or exchange under the conditions provided below.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Tickets, subscriptions, Hospitality services, reservations, and services linked to a specific date cannot be canceled by the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">11. Returns and Exchanges of Shop Products<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">11.1 Voluntary Return<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Subject to the exclusions below, the customer may request the return of an unused product within 14 calendar days of its receipt.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The return must be announced in advance to:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s4\"><a href=\"mailto:info@fribourg-olympic.ch\">info@fribourg-olympic.ch<\/a><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The product must be:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">unused;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">unworn;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">unwashed;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">complete;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">in its original packaging, if possible;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">with its labels;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">accompanied by proof of purchase.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The acceptance of a voluntary return constitutes a commercial gesture and not the recognition of a general legal right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">11.2 Products Excluded from Returns<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The following cannot be returned or exchanged, in particular:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">personalized products;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">flocked or custom-printed jerseys;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">products manufactured according to customer specifications;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">worn, washed, damaged, or incomplete products;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">gift cards and vouchers;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">tickets and subscriptions;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">sale or end-of-series products when expressly marked as non-returnable.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The legal rights applicable to defective products remain reserved.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">11.3 Return Costs<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unless due to a delivery error or a defect attributable to Fribourg Olympic, the costs and risks of return are borne by the customer.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Initial delivery costs are not refunded, unless otherwise legally required or due to an error attributable to Fribourg Olympic.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">11.4 Refund<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When a return is accepted, the refund occurs after receipt and verification of the product.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic may refuse or reduce the refund when the product:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">shows signs of use;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">is incomplete;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">has been damaged;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">does not meet the return conditions.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The refund is made, as far as possible, using the original payment method.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">12. Defective Products and Warranty<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer must check the product as soon as reasonably possible and report any defect found without delay.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The claim must include:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the order number;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a precise description of the defect;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">photographs allowing identification of the problem;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the date on which the defect was discovered.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In the presence of a proven defect, Fribourg Olympic chooses, within the limits permitted by law, the appropriate solution, including:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">repair;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">replacement;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a price reduction;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">cancellation of the sale and refund.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The warranty does not cover, in particular:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">normal wear and tear;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">damage caused by misuse;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">failure to follow care instructions;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">accidental damage;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">modifications made by the customer or a third party;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">choosing an unsuitable size;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">slight differences in color or appearance not constituting a defect.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer&#8217;s mandatory rights remain reserved.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">13. Specific Conditions Applicable to Tickets<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">13.1 Ticket Validity<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Each ticket grants access only to:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the indicated event;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the indicated date and time;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the indicated venue;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the indicated category or seat;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">subject to compliance with these GTC and the venue regulations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The ticket may be issued in electronic, printed, or physical form.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer must immediately check the information on their ticket and report any errors as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">13.2 Ticket Control<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The ticket must be presented at the control, in a legible form and with a usable barcode or QR code.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The first valid scan of the ticket invalidates it. Any subsequent copy will be refused. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer is responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of their ticket. They must not publish or transmit the image of the barcode or QR code. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic may request an identity document or proof of discount.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">13.3 Discounted Tickets<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Discounted rates may be reserved for, in particular:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">children;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">students;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">AVS or AI beneficiaries;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">persons with reduced mobility;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">authorized accompanying persons;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">any other announced category.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Valid proof may be required at the entrance.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In the absence of proof, the customer may be required to pay the difference to the full price. Otherwise, access may be refused without refund. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">13.4 Children<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The access rules applicable to children are indicated for each event or ticket category.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Even when entry is free, a ticket or reservation may be required for capacity and safety reasons.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Minors remain the responsibility of their legal representative or the adult accompanying them.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">13.5 Persons with reduced mobility<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Seats intended for persons with reduced mobility and their companions must be reserved in the category provided for this purpose.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic may request the information strictly necessary to organize reception and accessibility.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Free entry or the companion&#8217;s rate depends on the offer announced for the event concerned.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">13.6 Lost, stolen, or damaged ticket<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Lost, stolen, damaged, or already used tickets are in principle neither replaced nor refunded.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When the ticket is nominative and its purchase can be verified, Fribourg Olympic or the ticketing platform may, without being obliged to do so, offer a replacement solution.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">14. Season Tickets<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">14.1 Scope of the season ticket<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The season ticket gives access only to the competitions, matches, and services expressly indicated in the offer.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The scope of each package may vary notably according to:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the championship;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the playoffs;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">European competitions;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">friendly matches;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">cup matches;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">special events;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">VIP or Hospitality services.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The benefits announced for a season ticket are personal and cannot be converted into cash.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">14.2 Allocation of seats<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When a seat is allocated, the season ticket holder must occupy the indicated seat.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic may exceptionally allocate another seat of a comparable category, notably for reasons related to:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">sports;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">technical issues;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">operations;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">security;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">broadcasting;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">organization;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">requirements of a competition or the venue operator.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">14.3 Matches not played or moved<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The season ticket is linked to the sporting season and not to a guaranteed number of matches, unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The number of matches may vary notably depending on:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">sporting results;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the competition format;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">qualifiers;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">decisions by federations;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">sanctions;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">calendar changes;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">force majeure circumstances.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unless otherwise decided by Fribourg Olympic or required by law, the absence of a match that was not guaranteed in the offer does not entitle the holder to a refund.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">14.4 Use and transfer<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unless it is nominative or subject to specific restrictions, a season ticket may be lent occasionally to a third party.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The holder remains responsible for its use and the behavior of the person to whom they entrust it.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Commercial or repeated resale of the season ticket is prohibited without written authorization.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">14.5 Loss of the season ticket<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In case of loss or theft, the holder must contact Fribourg Olympic promptly.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Reasonable fees may be charged for the issuance of a duplicate.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The old season ticket may be deactivated.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">15. Resale and commercial use of tickets<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unless authorized in writing by Fribourg Olympic, it is prohibited to:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">resell tickets for commercial purposes;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">resell a ticket at a price higher than its purchase price plus the costs actually incurred;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">use tickets as part of a contest, lottery, or promotional operation;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">associate a ticket with the sale of another product or service;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">use an automated system to buy tickets;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">buy tickets to circumvent imposed limits.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic may cancel the tickets concerned without refund and refuse access to their holder.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Customers are invited to acquire their tickets only from official channels.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic does not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">16. Modification of a match or event<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The dates, times, and locations of matches or events may be modified, notably due to:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">sporting or federative decisions;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">television broadcasting requirements;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">constraints related to the venue;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">security reasons;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">weather conditions;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">health circumstances;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a decision by an authority;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a case of force majeure;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">any other important operational reason.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to check updated information before going to the event.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As far as possible, Fribourg Olympic will inform buyers via its website, social networks, the ticketing platform, or the contact details provided during the order.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A reasonable modification of the schedule, location, opponent, program, participants, or ancillary services does not in principle entitle the holder to a refund when the main event is maintained.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">17. Postponement of an event<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In case of postponement, the ticket remains in principle valid for the new date.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When Fribourg Olympic decides to authorize a refund, the terms, deadlines, and any non-refundable fees are communicated to the customers concerned.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In the absence of an express announcement authorizing a refund, the customer&#8217;s personal inability to attend the new date does not automatically entitle them to a refund.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer&#8217;s personal expenses, notably transport, parking, accommodation, or catering costs, are not refunded.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">18. Cancellation of an event<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In case of definitive cancellation of an event, the customer may request a refund of the nominal price of the ticket, subject to:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the terms announced by Fribourg Olympic;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the conditions of the ticketing platform;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">compliance with the indicated refund period;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the presentation of a valid and unused ticket.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Processing, delivery, payment, or platform fees may not be refunded when they correspond to services already performed or when the provider&#8217;s conditions so provide.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unless otherwise required by law, the refund does not cover:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">transport costs;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">accommodation;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">parking;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">catering;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">loss of income;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">costs incurred with third parties;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">indirect damages.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When the event includes several matches, activities, artists, speakers, or services, the cancellation or replacement of only part of the program does not necessarily constitute a cancellation of the event.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">19. Interrupted or shortened match<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When a match or event begins but must be interrupted, suspended, or shortened, the consequences depend notably on:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the competition rules;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the decision of the sporting authority;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the possibility of resuming or replaying the match;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the moment at which the interruption occurs;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the particular circumstances.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The ticket is not automatically refunded.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic will communicate any applicable measures, such as:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the validity of the ticket for a resumption;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the issuance of a credit note;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a total or partial refund;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the absence of compensation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">20. Access to the venue and security regulations<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Access is subject to:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the presentation of a valid ticket;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">opening hours;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">security checks;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">venue regulations;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">staff instructions;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">rules of authorities and sporting federations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic may refuse access or remove any person who:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">presents an invalid, falsified, or already used ticket;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">refuses a security check;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">adopts violent, threatening, or dangerous behavior;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">makes racist, discriminatory, or hateful remarks;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">is in a state of manifest intoxication;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">introduces a prohibited object;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">disrupts the progress of the event;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">does not respect staff instructions;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">violates venue regulations or applicable legislation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In these situations, no refund is due.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">21. Prohibited objects<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It is notably prohibited to introduce into the venue, unless expressly authorized:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">weapons or dangerous objects;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">pyrotechnic products;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">smoke bombs;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">illegal substances;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">glass bottles;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">objects likely to be thrown;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">professional photography or recording equipment;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">drinks or food prohibited by venue regulations;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">banners or materials with illicit, discriminatory, or unauthorized commercial content.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The list of prohibited objects may be adapted according to the event.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">22. Late arrival and exit<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Late arrival may result in delayed access or the temporary inability to occupy the reserved seat.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Exiting the venue may be final when the control system does not allow re-entry.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">No refund is due because of a customer&#8217;s delay, arrival after the closure of access points, or a voluntary exit.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">23. Photographs, videos, and broadcasts<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Photographs, videos, or recordings may be made during matches and events for purposes including:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">information;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">communication;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">promotion of the Club;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">broadcasting;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">archives;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">media coverage.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The public may appear incidentally in general or atmospheric views.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Any individualized exploitation of a clearly identifiable person is subject to the applicable rules regarding image rights and data protection.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Customers who wish to report a particular situation can contact Fribourg Olympic.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Professional recordings, live broadcasts, or commercial exploitations made by spectators are prohibited without authorization.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">24. VIP services, Hospitality, and private events<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">24.1 Reservation<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A request for a box, VIP space, or private event only becomes binding after written confirmation from Fribourg Olympic.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">An offer or quote may notably provide for:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the number of participants;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the included services;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the schedule;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the price;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the deposit;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">payment deadlines;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">cancellation conditions;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">catering services;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the customer&#8217;s specific obligations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">24.2 Number of participants<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer must communicate the final number of participants within the indicated period.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When the actual number of participants is less than the number reserved, the agreed amount remains due.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Any increase is subject to available capacity and may result in additional billing.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">24.3 Cancellation by the customer<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unless specific conditions appear in the offer, the following cancellation fees may be applied to Hospitality services and private events:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">more than 30 days before the service: 20% of the agreed amount;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">from 30 to 15 days before the service: 50% of the agreed amount;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">from 14 to 7 days before the service: 75% of the agreed amount;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">less than 7 days before the service or no-show: 100% of the agreed amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Expenses already incurred specifically for the reservation may be billed in addition when they exceed these amounts.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The specific conditions appearing in the quote or reservation confirmation prevail.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">24.4 Modification by the customer<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Any request for modification is subject to the agreement of Fribourg Olympic.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A modification may result in an adjustment of the price, services, or cancellation conditions.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">24.5 Catering and allergies<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer must communicate allergies, intolerances, and important dietary requirements early enough.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic and its partners take reasonable measures to take into account the information communicated, but cannot guarantee the total absence of traces of allergens.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">24.6 Damages<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer is liable for damage caused to the premises, equipment, or facilities by themselves, their guests, employees, or service providers.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">25. Customer&#8217;s responsibility<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer is responsible for:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the accuracy of the information provided;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the choice of product, size, date, and category;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the protection of their tickets and identifiers;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the behavior of persons using their tickets or reservations;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">compliance with security rules;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the supervision of minors accompanying them;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">their personal belongings.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The customer must compensate Fribourg Olympic for damages directly caused by a culpable violation of their obligations.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">26. Responsibility of Fribourg Olympic<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic is liable for direct damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, as well as in other cases where liability cannot be excluded by law.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Within the limits permitted by law, Fribourg Olympic excludes its liability for:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">indirect damages;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">loss of profit or income;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">loss of data;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">acts of third parties;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">disruptions to payment or ticketing platforms;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">interruptions to the website;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the customer&#8217;s transport and travel;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">lost, forgotten, or stolen objects;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the consequences of a customer&#8217;s culpable behavior;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">force majeure events.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Liability in case of injury to life, body, or health remains governed by mandatory legal provisions.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">27. Force majeure<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic is not responsible for a delay, modification, interruption, or non-performance caused by an event reasonably beyond its control.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The following may notably constitute cases of force majeure:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a natural disaster;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">extreme weather conditions;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a fire;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">an epidemic or pandemic;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a war;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a terrorist threat;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a strike;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a general breakdown;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a major network failure;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a decision by an authority;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">unavailability of the venue;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a health measure;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a decision by a sporting federation;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a significant disturbance to public order.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic will take reasonably possible measures to limit the consequences of the situation.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">28. Data protection<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Personal data are processed in accordance with Fribourg Olympic&#8217;s privacy policy and, where applicable, the policies of the payment, ticketing, or sales platforms used.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Data may notably be processed to:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">manage orders;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">issue tickets;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">organize events;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">provide customer service;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">prevent fraud;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">comply with legal obligations;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">inform the customer of a modification or cancellation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">29. Intellectual property<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Brands, logos, photographs, videos, texts, graphics, and other content related to Fribourg Olympic are protected.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">No purchase of a product or ticket grants the customer any commercial use rights over these elements.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Reproduction or exploitation of Fribourg Olympic&#8217;s brands and content requires prior written authorization.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">30. Modification of the GTC<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic may modify these GTC at any time.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The applicable version is the one accepted by the customer at the time of their order.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Any subsequent modification does not apply retroactively to an already concluded order, unless:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the modification is favorable to the customer;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">it is imposed by law;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">it concerns a safety or organizational rule that must necessarily apply to the event.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">32. Partial Invalidity<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If any provision of these GTC is declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the other provisions remain valid.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The provision concerned shall be replaced, to the extent permitted, by a valid provision producing an economic and legal result as close as possible to the initial objective.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">33. No Waiver<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fribourg Olympic&#8217;s failure to immediately exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">34. Applicable Law<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">These GTC and contracts concluded with Fribourg Olympic are subject to Swiss substantive law, to the exclusion of its conflict of laws rules.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Mandatory provisions protecting consumers remain reserved.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded to the extent permitted by law.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">35. Jurisdiction<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Subject to mandatory jurisdictions provided by law, the competent courts of the Canton of Fribourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these GTC or a contract concluded with Fribourg Olympic.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When the customer is a consumer, mandatory jurisdictions provided by Swiss law remain reserved.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">36. Language Version<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">These GTC may be translated into several languages.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In case of divergence of interpretation, the French version prevails, subject to mandatory legal provisions.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">37.
