This decision was made with the aim of allowing the player from Schaffhausen to obtain more playing time in the <strong>SB League<\/strong> next season. <\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Having arrived at Saint-L\u00e9onard two seasons ago, Matteo Smith has always shown an exemplary attitude, whether on the court, on the bench or in the locker room. Fribourg Olympic Basket would like to sincerely thank him for his commitment, professionalism and impeccable attitude during his time at the club. <\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The club will continue to closely follow his development and wishes him every success for the rest of his career.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">At the same time, Fribourg Olympic Basket is pleased to announce the signing of <strong>Emmanuel Kupa<\/strong> for the next two seasons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The 20-year-old from Bern stands 1.90 m tall and is part of the Swiss junior national teams. During the 2024\u20132025 season, he played with the <strong>National Centre of Swiss Basketball<\/strong>, the CNBS, in Ligue B.
