Fribourg Olympic Basket is pleased to announce the contract extension of Jonathan Williams for one additional season. The American player will therefore continue his journey in Fribourg colors and keep bringing his experience, commitment and impact to the team.
This extension confirms the club’s desire to build on continuity while retaining an important member of its roster for the upcoming season.
Fribourg Olympic Basket also announces the arrival of Bastien Grédy as strength and conditioning coach. He joins the staff with the aim of supporting the players in their preparation, athletic development and performance throughout the season.
At the same time, the club would like to express its sincerest thanks to Faycel Kort, who served as strength and conditioning coach over the past three seasons. His professionalism, dedication and daily work have greatly contributed to the physical development of the team and to the club’s successes.
Fribourg Olympic Basket also warmly thanks Aner Lev Ron, assistant coach for two seasons, for his commitment, seriousness and valuable contribution within the technical staff. The club has begun the search for a replacement; however, Besserat Temelso remains under contract. He will work alongside Thibaut Petit for the upcoming season.
The club wishes Faycel Kort and Aner Lev Ron every success in the next stage of their careers and looks forward to continuing its work with an ambitious, stable and determined group ready to defend Fribourg’s colors.
