Fribourg Olympic Complete for the 2026/2027 Season

Arrival of Judah Brown

Fribourg Olympic continues to build its roster ahead of the 2026/2027 season. The club has announced several changes within its squad, with two confirmed departures and two new arrivals.

Aloïs Leyrolles is leaving Fribourg Olympic to join the NCAA, where he will continue his academic and athletic career in Hawaii. The club wishes him every success in this new chapter and hopes he will make the most of this enriching experience.

Nelson Kuba is also leaving Fribourg Olympic Basket by mutual agreement. His next destination is not yet known at this stage. The club thanks him for his commitment and sends him its best wishes for the rest of his career.

On the arrivals side, Fribourg Olympic has signed Judah Brown. The 24-year-old American, who stands 1.97 m tall, played last season for St. Pölten in the Austrian first division. There, he averaged 17.8 points per game. Judah Brown has signed with Olympic for one season.

The club also welcomes Philippe Eyenga. The 26-year-old Swiss player, 1.90 m tall, wore the colours of BBC Monthey last season, where he averaged 10.6 points per game. Philippe Eyenga has signed for one season, with an option for an additional season.

Fribourg Olympic is still looking for an assistant coach. The process is ongoing, and the club will communicate on this matter in due course.

Training is set to resume on 10 August. The objective is clear: to be ready for the Basketball Champions League qualifiers, which will take place from 14 to 20 September.

Fribourg Olympic therefore approaches this new season with a complete, ambitious and determined roster, ready to take on the challenges ahead.
