3. Acceptance of the GTC
The customer acknowledges having read these GTC before validating their order.
By validating their order, checking the corresponding acceptance box, or proceeding with payment, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.
The customer confirms having the necessary legal capacity to enter into the contract.
When an order is placed on behalf of a company, association, or other organization, the person placing the order confirms being authorized to commit that organization.

Fribourg Olympic strives to present products, tickets, and services accurately.
However, photographs, illustrations, seating plans, colors, dimensions, and other representations are provided for informational purposes only. Slight differences may exist between the online representation and the product actually delivered.
The essential characteristics, prices, and applicable availabilities are those indicated at the time of the order.
Information relating to matches and events, including dates, times, venues, teams, participants, programs, and ancillary services, may be modified under the conditions provided for in these GTC.
5. Order and Conclusion of Contract
5.1 Order Process
The customer selects the desired products or services, provides the requested information, verifies the summary of their order, and proceeds with payment according to the proposed methods.

Risks of loss or damage are transferred in accordance with applicable law.
When the customer chooses a carrier not offered by Fribourg Olympic, risks may be transferred upon delivery of the product to that carrier.

Products remain the property of Fribourg Olympic until full payment of the order.
10. Absence of General Right of Withdrawal
Subject to any mandatory rules that may apply, Swiss law does not provide a general right allowing the customer to withdraw from an online purchase simply because they have changed their mind.
Orders are therefore firm upon acceptance.
Fribourg Olympic may nevertheless voluntarily grant a return or exchange under the conditions provided below.
Tickets, subscriptions, Hospitality services, reservations, and services linked to a specific date cannot be canceled by the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. Returns and Exchanges of Shop Products
11.1 Voluntary Return
Subject to the exclusions below, the customer may request the return of an unused product within 14 calendar days of its receipt.

13.1 Ticket Validity

The customer must immediately check the information on their ticket and report any errors as soon as possible.
13.2 Ticket Control
The ticket must be presented at the control, in a legible form and with a usable barcode or QR code.
The first valid scan of the ticket invalidates it. Any subsequent copy will be refused.
The customer is responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of their ticket. They must not publish or transmit the image of the barcode or QR code.
Fribourg Olympic may request an identity document or proof of discount.
13.3 Discounted Tickets
Discounted rates may be reserved for, in particular:
Valid proof may be required at the entrance.
In the absence of proof, the customer may be required to pay the difference to the full price. Otherwise, access may be refused without refund.
13.4 Children
The access rules applicable to children are indicated for each event or ticket category.
Even when entry is free, a ticket or reservation may be required for capacity and safety reasons.
Minors remain the responsibility of their legal representative or the adult accompanying them.
13.5 Persons with reduced mobility
Seats intended for persons with reduced mobility and their companions must be reserved in the category provided for this purpose.
Fribourg Olympic may request the information strictly necessary to organize reception and accessibility.
Free entry or the companion’s rate depends on the offer announced for the event concerned.
13.6 Lost, stolen, or damaged ticket
Lost, stolen, damaged, or already used tickets are in principle neither replaced nor refunded.
When the ticket is nominative and its purchase can be verified, Fribourg Olympic or the ticketing platform may, without being obliged to do so, offer a replacement solution.
14. Season Tickets
14.1 Scope of the season ticket
The season ticket gives access only to the competitions, matches, and services expressly indicated in the offer.
The scope of each package may vary notably according to:
The benefits announced for a season ticket are personal and cannot be converted into cash.
14.2 Allocation of seats
When a seat is allocated, the season ticket holder must occupy the indicated seat.
Fribourg Olympic may exceptionally allocate another seat of a comparable category, notably for reasons related to:

The season ticket is linked to the sporting season and not to a guaranteed number of matches, unless otherwise stated.
The number of matches may vary notably depending on:
Unless otherwise decided by Fribourg Olympic or required by law, the absence of a match that was not guaranteed in the offer does not entitle the holder to a refund.
14.4 Use and transfer
Unless it is nominative or subject to specific restrictions, a season ticket may be lent occasionally to a third party.
The holder remains responsible for its use and the behavior of the person to whom they entrust it.
Commercial or repeated resale of the season ticket is prohibited without written authorization.
14.5 Loss of the season ticket
In case of loss or theft, the holder must contact Fribourg Olympic promptly.
Reasonable fees may be charged for the issuance of a duplicate.
The old season ticket may be deactivated.
15. Resale and commercial use of tickets
Unless authorized in writing by Fribourg Olympic, it is prohibited to:
Fribourg Olympic may cancel the tickets concerned without refund and refuse access to their holder.
Customers are invited to acquire their tickets only from official channels.
Fribourg Olympic does not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties.
16. Modification of a match or event
The dates, times, and locations of matches or events may be modified, notably due to:
It is the customer’s responsibility to check updated information before going to the event.
As far as possible, Fribourg Olympic will inform buyers via its website, social networks, the ticketing platform, or the contact details provided during the order.
A reasonable modification of the schedule, location, opponent, program, participants, or ancillary services does not in principle entitle the holder to a refund when the main event is maintained.
17. Postponement of an event
In case of postponement, the ticket remains in principle valid for the new date.
When Fribourg Olympic decides to authorize a refund, the terms, deadlines, and any non-refundable fees are communicated to the customers concerned.
In the absence of an express announcement authorizing a refund, the customer’s personal inability to attend the new date does not automatically entitle them to a refund.
The customer’s personal expenses, notably transport, parking, accommodation, or catering costs, are not refunded.
18. Cancellation of an event
In case of definitive cancellation of an event, the customer may request a refund of the nominal price of the ticket, subject to:
Processing, delivery, payment, or platform fees may not be refunded when they correspond to services already performed or when the provider’s conditions so provide.
Unless otherwise required by law, the refund does not cover:
When the event includes several matches, activities, artists, speakers, or services, the cancellation or replacement of only part of the program does not necessarily constitute a cancellation of the event.
19. Interrupted or shortened match
When a match or event begins but must be interrupted, suspended, or shortened, the consequences depend notably on:

21. Prohibited objects

22. Late arrival and exit
Late arrival may result in delayed access or the temporary inability to occupy the reserved seat.
Exiting the venue may be final when the control system does not allow re-entry.
No refund is due because of a customer’s delay, arrival after the closure of access points, or a voluntary exit.
23. Photographs, videos, and broadcasts
Photographs, videos, or recordings may be made during matches and events for purposes including:
The public may appear incidentally in general or atmospheric views.
Any individualized exploitation of a clearly identifiable person is subject to the applicable rules regarding image rights and data protection.
Customers who wish to report a particular situation can contact Fribourg Olympic.
Professional recordings, live broadcasts, or commercial exploitations made by spectators are prohibited without authorization.
24. VIP services, Hospitality, and private events
24.1 Reservation
A request for a box, VIP space, or private event only becomes binding after written confirmation from Fribourg Olympic.
An offer or quote may notably provide for:
24.2 Number of participants
The customer must communicate the final number of participants within the indicated period.
When the actual number of participants is less than the number reserved, the agreed amount remains due.
Any increase is subject to available capacity and may result in additional billing.
24.3 Cancellation by the customer
Unless specific conditions appear in the offer, the following cancellation fees may be applied to Hospitality services and private events:
Expenses already incurred specifically for the reservation may be billed in addition when they exceed these amounts.
The specific conditions appearing in the quote or reservation confirmation prevail.
24.4 Modification by the customer
Any request for modification is subject to the agreement of Fribourg Olympic.
A modification may result in an adjustment of the price, services, or cancellation conditions.
24.5 Catering and allergies
The customer must communicate allergies, intolerances, and important dietary requirements early enough.
Fribourg Olympic and its partners take reasonable measures to take into account the information communicated, but cannot guarantee the total absence of traces of allergens.
24.6 Damages
The customer is liable for damage caused to the premises, equipment, or facilities by themselves, their guests, employees, or service providers.
25. Customer’s responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
The customer must compensate Fribourg Olympic for damages directly caused by a culpable violation of their obligations.
26. Responsibility of Fribourg Olympic
Fribourg Olympic is liable for direct damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, as well as in other cases where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Within the limits permitted by law, Fribourg Olympic excludes its liability for:
Liability in case of injury to life, body, or health remains governed by mandatory legal provisions.
27. Force majeure
Fribourg Olympic is not responsible for a delay, modification, interruption, or non-performance caused by an event reasonably beyond its control.

Personal data are processed in accordance with Fribourg Olympic’s privacy policy and, where applicable, the policies of the payment, ticketing, or sales platforms used.

Brands, logos, photographs, videos, texts, graphics, and other content related to Fribourg Olympic are protected.
No purchase of a product or ticket grants the customer any commercial use rights over these elements.
Reproduction or exploitation of Fribourg Olympic’s brands and content requires prior written authorization.

If any provision of these GTC is declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the other provisions remain valid.
The provision concerned shall be replaced, to the extent permitted, by a valid provision producing an economic and legal result as close as possible to the initial objective.

Fribourg Olympic’s failure to immediately exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
34. Applicable Law
These GTC and contracts concluded with Fribourg Olympic are subject to Swiss substantive law, to the exclusion of its conflict of laws rules.
Mandatory provisions protecting consumers remain reserved.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
35. Jurisdiction
Subject to mandatory jurisdictions provided by law, the competent courts of the Canton of Fribourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these GTC or a contract concluded with Fribourg Olympic.
When the customer is a consumer, mandatory jurisdictions provided by Swiss law remain reserved.
36. Language Version
These GTC may be translated into several languages.
In case of divergence of interpretation, the French version prevails, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
